Pearson Ranch is available for select weekends July through September. We only book one wedding per weekend so we can offer you flexibility and private use of the ranch for your wedding.

Rental Fee: $7000
The rental fee includes:
- Use of the 2500-square foot (50’ X 50’) green barn and surrounding area
- Choice of ceremony site
- Rehearsal and set up time the day before your wedding
- Clean up time the day after your wedding
- 400-square foot cottage available as bridal dressing suite
- A property representative onsite for the duration of the wedding
- Onsite parking area
- Beautiful café and miniature lights in and around the barn area
- Fire pit
- Restroom facilities
- Pet friendly
- Liability insurance required
- Ranch props such as hay bales with canvas covers, antique tractors, rustic wedding signage, ceremony arbor, antique jars & bottles, one-of-a-kind jack candlesticks and more…

The rental fee does not include:
- Wedding/event planning
- Catering
- Alcohol
- Equipment such as tables, linens and chairs
- Flowers
- Music
- Celebrant
- Staging, amplification, or special lighting
